 The California Racing Association (CRA) was
the premier non-wing (traditional)
Sprint
Car racing organization for over 40 years until its end in 1994.
Some of the best racecar drivers have competed with CRA- including
A.J. Foyt, Parnelli Jones, who won the Indy 500. It's home
track was the famous Ascot Park in Gardena, CA, which closed its
doors in 1990.
