BRING A TOY TO PERRIS AUTO SPEEDWAY SATURDAY AND GET A FREE 2009 TICKET! |

(NOVEMBER 23, 2008, PERRIS, CA) This Saturday night, November 29th, when Temecula Valley Pipe Supply presents the Lucas Oil USAC/CRA Sprint Cars in the 1st Annual Glenn Howard Memorial at Perris Auto Speedway, any fan who brings a toy valued at $5.00 or more will receive a free ticket to a March 2009 race at The PAS. The PAS toy drive is a part of the K-FROG Cares Spark of Love Toy Drive Presented by Citrus Plaza in Redlands and Majestic Realty. Spectator gates will open at 5:00 PM with racing at 7.00. The toys must be brand new, have a value of $5.00 or more and still be in the original package (please do not put the toys in gift wrap). All of the toys will be presented to needy children at Christmas. "We hope every fan brings along a toy for a boy or a girl," Perris promoter Don Kazarian said. "It is very sad to think that some kids may not get anything for Christmas. In these tough economic times, a lot more families do not have the extra money to spend on Christmas toys this year. Hopefully, through the generosity of our fans, officials and teams, we can help put smiles on some kids faces who otherwise would not get a toy this Christmas." Fans will be instructed to take the toys to the souvenir stand where they will get a free ticket to a race next March. The track is approximately one hour east of Los Angeles and one hour North of San Diego. To get to the track, take the 215 freeway, exit at the Ramona Expressway and go two miles east to the fairgrounds.
