So much to say so little time! The staff
have been working day and night to bring the old race track back to life and
it’s like pullen that old car out of the weeds (that’s been sitting there
for almost 10 year’s) and getting her ready to roll! Were banging the dents
out , doing some spot welding, ripping out old rotten boards, wrenching in
some new nut’s and bolts and trying to keep the fresh paint where it
belongs.
We want to thank you all so much for
your phone calls and for stopping into the office. The excitement is catching
and it feels much better then the last cold I caught!
As for our news letter, we are adding to
the list everyday so if you have the internet please check out our web site at
www.tomahawkspeedway.net.
We want to have something for everyone, you can check out our 2007 schedule,
special events, rules results, points, there’s even directions and Wagner
weather, that’s just to name a few, all in all there are 23 links and who
knows what we’ll come up with next week but for now let’s save a tree or

Another peace of news, the track has
been vandalized several times and it has slowed us down a bit but broken
doors, wall’s, fence, stop and go lights wont stop us it’s almost race
time and We’ll be ready!! I wish some people would find better things to do
with their time.
On a more positive note, we at the
Tomahawk Speedway want to send out a BIG THANK YOU to our friends that have
been volunteering so much of their time at both the track and at the office
and to anyone who has some extra time on there hands or is just interested in
helping out there always’ plenty to do, just drop by or give us a call and
we’ll be happy to put you to work!
One last reminder about the car Show on
the 14th from 9 to 4. It will be held on Main Street Wagner. We
will be blocking it off and it’s not only for race cars but anything you
want to show off. I have the trophies here at the office and I have to tell
you that I’m very sorry to see them go, they sure dress the place up. Then
we travel out to the racetrack for the 1st Test-N- Tune, gates will
open at 4P.M. and we start at 7P.M.We will then return on Sunday for the 2nd
Test N Tune gates will be opening at 11a.m. and start time is 2 p.m. All
Weekend long is FREE of charge.
