| REMAINDER OF 2007 SEASON AT THE STRIP AT THE PAS CANCELED! |

(JULY 30, 2007, PERRIS, CA) Perris Auto
Speedway President Don Kazarian announced today that the remaining 2007 schedule
for the “Strip at The PAS” has been canceled. In the announcement Mr.
Kazarian said, “over the next few months all aspects of the last two years of
operations within the Strip will be analyzed to produce an improved and more
competitive Strip, should we decide to resume operations.”
Kazarian would like to thank all of the sponsors, participants, fans and the Lake Perris Fairground for their support of the Drag Strip over the last two years.
