| SCRL Southwest Sprint Car Series slated to sanction the Roger McCluskey Classic at USA Race Park in Tucson, Arizona on December 31st. and January 1, 2006. |

November 17, 2005...Sprint Car racing action will again be on the slate at USA Race Park on New
Years weekend for 2006, this is the second annual Roger McCluskey Classic at
USA Race Park. Josh Pelkey got the win in 2004/ 2005 followed by Damion
Gardener for second, and Charles Davis Jr.third.
This year the format changes to two complete shows paying over $22,000 in
prize money for two complete shows, with 20 car fields. The 32 car
format will include an early in the program qualifying segment, four ten
lap heat races {inverting top 6}, top four finishers getting their times
back for the line-up for the 40 lap features, with a six car invert. The top
four from the 15 lap B-main transfer to the A-main, and the line-up for the
B-main will be a straight-up start from their qualifying time. If a 12
lap C-main is required due to car count, the C-main will be raced prior to
heat races, with the top four from the C-main tagging a heat race.
