2 MP3 Files of a part of a USAC
sprint car race at Ascot on 11/11/67. A member of Steve Kennick's pit crew
took a Craig 212 tape recorder to the backstretch and narrated the main
event. There is the "Original MP3" Sound File and an
"Improved Version." |

Along with the sounds of Foyt's
Ford and all the Chevy's of the CRA drivers,
here is some of the narrative that you can hear:
|
|
"Foyt"
"Steve driving high and outside like always, he just passed Hank
Henry doing that."
"Kennick's passed two cars and is charging"
"Foyt, (Bob) McCoy all over the track in second"
"Foyt's really getting up there (high on the track) now"
